SolidWorks Customer Portal

Within the the My Support section of the Customer Portal you can research questions and issues using the Knowledge Base, track the status issues within My SRs (Service Requests) and My SPRs (Bugs), view a list of resolved SPRs under Fixed SPRs, view and add (register) your products via My Products, and change your user profile under My Profile.
